Bodywork and Hypnosis - "The Soul Expansion Movement"

Bodywork and Hypnosis continues in 2024 with six additional workshops on the following dates;

Saturday 4 May 15.30-18.30; love and compassion.

Saturday 1 June 15.30-18.30; communication and self-expression.

The workshops will be held in English.

Each workshop will contain the following components;

• 60-75 minutes the Practice Method by Karin Wisenius
• Fika break and connecting with the other participants
• Hypnosis by Bruna Libório
• Sharing

The Practice Method is a movement class that combines Somatic training, Yoga and HIIT along with meditation and breathwork. We use the body as our instrument to gain a deeper level of access, understanding and compassion to ourselves so that we may love our lives aligned with our highest intent. It takes Practice to SHOW UP to life. It takes Practice to be AWARE of our thoughts and to REDIRECT those thoughts. It takes Practice to RESPOND rather than REACT. It takes Practice to MOVE our bodies and that which is STUCK. It takes Practice to PRACTICE the things that make us feel healthier, grounded, stable, fulfilled and joyful. That’s why we Practice!

Hypnos: In this workshop we will use the power of hypnosis to help you access your subconscious mind and implement seeds of curiosity, love and acceptance. You'll be guided on a journey to unlock your inner power, to support you on your journey towards reaching your fullest potential.
