Awaken and heal day retreat

Experience a day of deep sharing circles, ceremonial cacao, guided meditation and two KAP sessions. This day is created to connect fully from heart to heart. We will together meet our authentic raw self. By sharing this day and connecting to each other in this space we will be able to meet ourselves even deeper.  This day is also created to build community and connection beyond this day, a longing to expand and support each other on life’s journey.

There is no age, gender, experience, lack of previous practice or any perceived limitation that will limit you during this day. The only thing you need is an open heart and the will to look inside in order to grow, expand and fully experience what it means to be alive. To truly unlock the potential you already have inside of you.
