As we approach the season of summer, we’re approaching the season of the heart – the North Star of our internal world. This gathering is a welcomed opportunity to tap into the innate healing capacity of the breath to help you land into, be with and lend your listening ears to your heart — to allow the breath to sweep through and tend to old heartaches and mend fragmented heartstrings.

What Is Breathwork?

This particular style of Breathwork is an active meditation technique that allows you to connect with your breath and clear your mind and body of stuck energy. It allows you to feel where your blocks reside and actively move through them, creating a pathway for an emotional detox.
