Reflect & Release - Day Retreat

Welcome to join us for a day of vinyasa yoga, breathwork, sound bath, journaling & community. This retreat day is dedicated to give you space to reflect, release and ground yourself with like minded people. Together we practice gratitude for what no longer serves us and make space for new intentions and energy. Open to beginners and experienced practitioners.

Pizza slices are served for lunch from Pezzo Saluhallen.

About us

Daniella Mir is a certified 200h Hatha/Vinyasa practitioner & instructor trained in Trimurti Yoga Bali. She grew up in Gothenburg and is now based in Stockholm. Her introduction to Yoga was in 2012 and after experiencing positive mental and physical changes, she knew she found her thing. She has been doing several projects inspiring reconnection with nature & wellness for people of color. Daniella strongly believes the practice is for everyone, encouraging an environment free of judgment and comparison. With an intention to create spaces for rest, care and deepening of consciousness.

Hanieh Namvar is a breath coach, Tantra Therapist and de-armouring practitioner. She lived many years abroad but always with a base in Gothenburg. She feels passionate to guide others to expand body awareness and consciousness through Breathwork and as a massage therapist. She supports individuals to connect with themselves, release and expand. She has done a journey to deal with shadows like shame and people pleasing. She gives a lot of place to inner listening, heart connection and authenticity in her classes.
